    What We Do

We give digital-asset businesses the same financial assurance traditional companies rely on: independent audits and proof of reserves first, backed by deep blockchain forensics when funds need to be traced.

    Financial Statement Audits

Independent audit opinions on the financial statements of crypto and digital-asset businesses, prepared to recognised accounting and assurance standards.

    About our statutory audits

    Proof of Reserves & Solvency

On-chain verification that custodied assets genuinely exist and fully back customer liabilities, giving users, investors, and regulators confidence.

    How our attestations work

    Transaction Reconciliation

Reconciling on-chain activity against internal ledgers, exchange records, and DeFi positions to produce clean, complete, and auditable books.

    Forensic Tracing & Recovery

When fraud or theft occurs, we trace the flow of funds across chains, identify connections to real-world entities, and document findings for legal scrutiny.

    We Address Modern Problems

Digital assets raise the bar for financial assurance and compliance. Our auditing, compliance, and forensics work is built around these realities.

    Institutions Are Adopting Crypto

Boards, investors, and regulators now expect the same audit rigor for digital assets as for traditional finance.

On-Chain Activity Is Hard to Reconcile

Matching wallets, exchanges, and DeFi positions to the general ledger is complex and error-prone without specialist tooling.

    Regulators Demand Proof of Reserves

Exchanges and custodians must demonstrate that customer assets genuinely exist and are fully backed by holdings.

    Compliance Rules Keep Shifting

AML, tax, and reporting requirements for crypto evolve fast and differ across every jurisdiction.

    Fraud and Loss Still Happen

When funds are stolen or misappropriated, tracing and recovery demand dedicated forensic expertise.

    Common Questions

Straight answers on auditing, compliance, and what to do when crypto goes missing.

What is blockchain auditing, and how is it different from a smart-contract audit?

Blockchain auditing is the independent financial and forensic audit of an organisation’s crypto holdings, transactions, and reserves, verifying that the on-chain reality matches the books. It is distinct from a smart-contract (code) audit: we audit the money and the controls, not the source code. Our work covers financial-statement audits, proof of reserves, transaction reconciliation, and AML controls.

Are your audits backed by a licensed firm in Cyprus?

Yes. We partner with ICPAC-licensed firms (the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus is the body that authorises statutory audit work in Cyprus), so independent audit opinions are issued through licensed partners your investors, board, and regulators can rely on, combined with the on-chain forensic depth most accounting firms don’t have.

How do I know Ondology Labs is legitimate?

Check us independently. Ondology Labs is a registered Cyprus company based at Hawaii Tower, Themistokli Dervi 41, Nicosia, with named founders you can verify on LinkedIn, an ISO/TC 307 technical committee membership, and an ICPAC-licensed audit partner (CYAUSE Audit Services) behind our statutory audit work. We never cold-contact victims and we never ask for payment through gift cards or crypto transfers to "unlock" recovered funds. If someone claiming to be us does any of that, it is an impersonator.

What should I do if my crypto is stolen in Cyprus?

Act fast and contact us immediately. Stolen funds can be moved through mixers or cross-chain bridges within hours, so the earliest hours matter most. We trace the funds on-chain, document the trail, notify exchanges that may be able to freeze assets, and coordinate with law enforcement in Cyprus, Greece, and beyond. The sooner we start, the better the odds of recovery.

    Do you guarantee crypto recovery?

No, and no legitimate firm can. Recovery depends on where the funds went: assets that reach a regulated exchange can often be frozen through legal channels, while funds sitting in a private wallet cannot be seized by anyone without legal process against the holder. We tell you honestly what the trace shows and what your realistic options are. Treat any "guaranteed recovery" promise as a red flag for fraud.

Who do you typically work with?

We work with crypto exchanges, funds, and digital-asset businesses needing audited, verifiable financials; law firms and prosecutors needing on-chain evidence and expert testimony; banks, fintechs, and CASPs needing AML and compliance assurance; and individuals or businesses that have lost crypto to fraud or theft.
